The big firms couldn't move fast enough. We could.
Our founders came from some of the most recognized names in consulting — firms whose reputations were built on rigour, process, and scale. Those firms do many things well. Cutting-edge AI delivery isn't one of them.
The AI landscape was evolving in weeks, not quarters. But large-firm billing structures — partner rates, engagement minimums, multi-month scoping cycles — made even a modest proof of concept cost-prohibitive for most enterprise teams. The result: organizations were getting guidance that was already outdated by the time it was delivered, at a price that blocked them from even trying.
We left to build a firm designed for this moment. Lean enough to move fast, experienced enough to get it right.
